EXTRA CURRICULAR
Only using professional level 2 coaches and above, whose sole ambition is to coach and help children learn. Our school coaches are passionate, enthusiastic and champions of the importance of PE, school sport and healthy living. They are fully DBS checked, First Aid and safeguard trained, and all have experience of working with mixed abilities.
Our services ‘Currently’ can only be obtained in Bolton, but our APP can be used world wide with a yearly or monthly subscription offering you club ideas and progressions as well as regular reviews, updates and progressions.
Services offered and lesson plans are as follows.
-Outdoor adventurers clubs- helping to develop life skills through creativity, survival skill work, teamwork and leadership activities. Enjoying the great outdoors and getting muddy! Forest schools-also available.
-Fun with fitness- classes based around play and game related fitness activities, keeping children active and exerting them over their usual activity levels.
-Shining stars- (SEND) PE for children with additional physical or learning needs or are disengaged with mainstream PE.
-Fundamentals- Developing the basics of movement and sport- Agility, Balance and co-ordination-based games plus speed, agility and acceleration drills and activities -Cluster Competition frameworks- the development of competitions between local school clusters for elite activity such as x country or hockey to participation for all events, such as ultimate Frisbee or foot golf.

-Teacher wellness workouts- exercise classes based around fun and CPD tailored to your staffs wants, needs and exercise goals. Delivered by qualified functional conditioning coaches and Personal trainers.
-Play leader- Developing future coaches and sports stars, teaching and developing older pupils to help deliver games and activities during break or PE lessons
-Team building initiative training- for children at risk of exclusion or suspension, teaching coping mechanisms and understanding of others through group talk and varied teamwork activities.
-PE/sport for all and elite level sport- Afterschool clubs and in school PE delivery (CPD or PPA cover inclusive) sports include but are not limited to- Rugby, Netball, Dodgeball, football, Cricket, apparatus, General gymnastics.
-Strength training- for pupils and teachers. Teaching pupils the importance of strength and resilience both physically and mentally, Through technical exercise progressions. Pushing children harder that may usually be pushed and helping them learn correct movement techniques for sport and gym.
-Health screening- through physical challenges and assessment done throughout the school year we can mark where your children’s fitness levels are at and what targets and improvements could be made over the year. This is not about competition or size only that pupils can see their own progressions as well as noting where they feel they could improve physically and mentally.
