We start every process with a free consultation. You meet us, we meet you and we talk. Open and honestly about why you’ve got in contact. And then we discuss the varied and best ways we can help both physically, socially and mentally. -What can I expect
Your journey starts the moment we finish talking. Your first session is to assess your body compositional make up followed by a biomechanical and postural assesemnt. This tells us weather your goals match up with your needs. Are you looking to loose weight, yet you are within the healthy ranges, do you want a bigger chest but in actual fact you need to stretch it and develop your back, are you getting repeatedly injured but don’t know why?
Knowledge is key, we work together helping to teach and coach you to ensure we can help you, help yourself.
-How will I feel?
There are many obstacles in life but exercise should not be one of them.
The concept of strength and conditioning can seem daunting or make people feel apprehensive or anxious and This is completely understandable and something we take great care in when planning a bespoke training plan exactly to your wants, needs and worries.
You will come away feeling more confident and knowledgeable about how your body feels and what it is capable of. You will feel stronger both physically and mentally. Walking away from the experience knowing there are no limits to your potential, Whilst having the knowledge to challenge yourself effectively and safely no matter your goals develop into.

Body composition, Biomechanical analysis & nutritional make up
Your first session is to assess your body’s compositional make up followed by a biomechanical and postural assessment.
This tells us weather your goals match up with your needs. Through biomechanical impedance we will measure your body fat percentage, Fat weight as well as comparisons of muscle mass weight and your bodies water level. From this you will be given targets dependant on what is within healthy ranges but also acceptably manageable.
We will then look at your posture. (as you readjust yourself in your chair 😊) and your biomechanical assessment. Basically, finding out what parts of your body are tight, which are week, and which could be prone jo injury.
When looking at nutritional make up, we work together. Knowledge is key, we work together helping to teach and coach you to ensure we can help you, help yourself. Following a 12-week diet, or a set online “nutritional plan” that’s not specific to you may be a great headline grabber but those 12 week programs just get re visited by the same people over and over again. If your only ever told what to do how will you learn and be able to stand on your own 2 feet.
We help break down your diet and rebuild it bit by bit, making adaptions, changes and quantities over time. Changing habits takes time. Nothing needs to change NOW, but it will change if you let it
