About KeptFit
Our gym is unique in every aspect as we don’t have rows and rows of running machines, cross trainers or bike or static bits of kit. YOU are the greatest bit of kit in any gym and through a process of all over functional fitness and strength training we promise to get the best out of you.
We are a functional conditioning studio and supervised open gym specialising in tailored group workouts training the body as a whole, in as many varied ways as possible.

We want you to have a personal and challenging experience every time you train at a KEPT Fit Gym.
There will be daily and weekly planned training sessions devised by our Coaches for you to follow as part of a group or on your own.
Our Coaches will always be on hand to ensure you train correctly and to the best of your ability, ensuring that you are constantly progressing and achieving your goals.

Full Membership
Full membership including all group training sessions – £39 per month
Basic Membership
Membership, without group training sessions – £35 per month
Student Membership
Student membership £25 per month
