KEPT Fit is a new strength and conditioning gym based in Bolton. Our modern facilities provide non-traditional fitness equipment to satisfy the needs of our diverse customers, from the beginner to the professional athlete. Our unique blend of mentoring and motivation comes from our passionate gym-based personal trainers who give our customers a truly personal experience, whatever their goal.

There’s a misconception that everyone who goes to the gym actually enjoys it.

I just know I am happier when I am fit, so my 1 hour workouts become an investment in how I want to feel the other 23 hours a day.

We are a conditioning studio and supervised open gym specialising in tailored group workouts training the body as a whole, in as many varied ways as possible.

We want you to have a personal and challenging experience every time you train at the gym.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_column_text]There will be daily and weekly planned training sessions devised by our personal trainers for you to follow as part of a group or on your own.
