Strength & Conditioning training for Individuals
We use varied functional movements in a workout scenario, performed at high intensity.
As much as we might want to avoid it, it’s intensity that makes gains possible. Don’t worry, though – what intensity will look like for you is different than what it will look like for someone else.
We start everyone at an appropriate level suited to them and then you progress from there.
One of the fun things about Strength & Conditioning training is that it’s constantly changing. You’ll never do the same workout twice in a row, so you can kick ‘monotony’ good-bye. We keep your body guessing, and keep you adapting.
Women, don’t be put off ….
The concept of strength and conditioning can make women apprehensive, imagining the results will look more bulk-up than toned-up.
Not so. There are certain workouts women tend to avoid because we perceive them as masculine, but in actual fact they’ll reduce belly fat, and make you less susceptible to injury.
Team Strength & Conditioning
Strength and conditioning coaches can also help with injury prevention by teaching you correct body mechanics and movements, and improve your team’s performance if you play football, rugby, netball, rounders or any team sport.
Sports Performers
If you are a sports performer, we are able to provide periodised plans to ensure your physical fitness peaks for competition.
