Olivia Winter – Kept Fit Member of the Month
Liv is a great member and encompasses all of what great members do – she comes to classes almost daily, attends our nutritional seminars, has personal training with her partner once a week and is always keen to join in the banter between members. Liv has thrown herself fully into everything Kept Fit offers, often pushing herself out of her comfort zone, and is seeing some great ‘gains’ because of it having increased muscle size and strength and slowly dropping body fat. She is a great example of what strong women can do.
The frequency in which Olivia comes in has many a time put her in training when we have some of our younger members and boot campers are in the gym and she is, without realising it, becoming a bit of a role model to both the young boys and girls all of whom have been massively impressed with what she can do.
Well done Liv, keep it up.
