Hi I’m Alex (head coach and Co owner)
I’m a big hairy family man, level 3 personal trainer, level 2 rugby and multi skills schools coach, retired rugby player, foodie, all round big kid and generally a great guy plus some might say handsome (but more wouldn’t!).
I’ve been a PT for 12 years working with all ages, abilities and body types. I specialise in postural and bio mechanical correction as well as sport specific conditioning and programming. I am currently on the UKSCA coaches pathway working towards their accreditation.
My driving force is sport, competition and hard graft. I hate losing, giving up and X Factor and apparently I have a mild case of OCD.
I love training people who want to do what I ask them too no matter how hard because they believe and trust in me that I will make them better, makes me want to do it more and more. I have made some great friends through training them and sharing a common understanding that we are both working towards the same goal.
This is all done with a bit of a laugh and mostly/usually talking about food, recipes and restaurants. So know this, if you ever give me the look, grimace at me, groan, or call me a *#@*(nasty word) I will know my job is done. There is nothing more satisfying for me than being called a *#@*(nasty word) but knowing I’ve made your life better for it.

Hi, my name is Alexandra
I’m passionate about what I do as a trainer and I’m a perfectionist with a strict eye for perfect form to prevent injuries. I will help you exceed your goals by pushing you out of your comfort zone. To achieve the results you’ve never had before you must push yourself further than you ever have – if it doesn’t challenge you then it won’t change you!
I enjoy making programme’s tailored to each individual taking the time to research any injuries or illnesses that may affect your training. I do this to get a greater understanding of what you’re going through and how the exercises I provide can help to make your everyday life easier, boosting your mental and physical strength at the same time.
My favourite style of training involves building strength and energy levels which essentially will tone you up with the quickest, most effective routines possible, dropping body fat and building lean muscle.

Hi I am Louis
I run a blog called logicallifting.com and I am a level 3 qualified personal trainer with a BSc (Hons) degree in Biology. During my time at university I was bitten by the iron bug and since then I’ve fallen in love with anything and everything to do with Strength & Conditioning.
My approach revolves around evidence and researched based methods of training coupled with my own personal twists and anecdotes and I do my best to stay away from the over saturated gimmicks and BS that pollute the fitness industry.
My main areas of focus include; Strong(wo)man, powerlifting, Girevoy, weight loss, childhood obesity interventions and exercise referral schemes.

Hi I’m Mike
I am a level 3 Personal Trainer with several years’ experience of working and coaching with semi-professional and professional teams and individuals. My main interest is performance coaching through strength and conditioning. I have a Masters in Exercise Science and I have a personal interest in Olympic lifting.
As your PT or strength and conditioning coach I will use cutting edge training methods which are backed up with scientific research. I have had recent success with Bolton Hockey club who, after training with me for several months, have achieved great success already this season.
As your PT my main goal is to improve your performance and conquer your goals in an exciting but structured way (sessions £30 per hr).
